This warranty shall be valid to the first purchaser and for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Below mentioned parts of this machine are not covered in this warranty.
The parts which are consumables and need to be regularly maintained, filled or replaced and that are subjected to normal wear and tear.
Electrical Items like parts of operating boards/panels & induction motors which normally fails due to improper power supply or extreme power fluctuations which are beyond our control.
In such cases, simply contact our customer care number +91-72020 21 999 or e-mail us on Mail. You need to quote us your company name and invoice number. Our concern person will get back to you immediately.
We will send you new part (FREE OF CHARGE) immediately against failed part.
In any case, if repairing is required,you need to send us faulty part and we will repair it FREE OF CHARGE at our place.
Note: Most of the replacement parts we keep in stock. In any case if parts take time to arrange from manufacturer, you will have to co-operate us.
We believe in cost and time saving of our clients hence our experts guide properly by photos/videos and assist your technicians so that you can change/repair parts of our machine easily. In any case if you want to hire our engineers for onsite service, it is chargeable as per our standard tariffs.
This warranty is void in the event of misuse, alteration, faulty installation, or misapplication of the product. This warranty does not cover failure of product or components due to any ACT OF NATURE; lightning, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes or any other such catastrophic events.
If it has been longer than 1 year, don’t worry, we will supply spare parts and damaged parts at cost price.We will solve your problems soonest and help customers to restore production as soon as possible.

Wheat flour sifting should not be extremely thick or thin to use with roti making machine. Standard sifting of the flour (like packaged flour available in market: For example wheat flour of Aashirvaad brand OR Fortune brand) is only compatible with the machine.
Packing & Transportation
Packing will be done as per mentioned in last proforma invoice as per discussed.
Multipro provides to choose option for transportation to the customer…
Option: 1 – Customer can arrange transportation by their own from our factory, and sole responsibility of the transportation (Like extra expense, Damage, Non-Deliver, Late deliver or anything else related to transportation) and their transportation charges will be on customer. Insurance will not be provided in this option
Option: 2 – Multipro can provide transportation for ease of customer with strictly following below conditions.
Multipro is not a transport company and Multipro is purchasing third party transportation service from market and Multipro also take insurance on transportation (Insurance will be covered only if Wooden Packing and Transportation will be done from our side only.) from third party insurance company, in this option if Multipro makes transportation then Multipro is not liable or responsible for any damaged or any loss caused due to transportation. if any damage or any loss is occurred due to transportation to customer than in such cases we strictly follow the instructions given by the insurance company to recover the loss. Multipro will directly not responsible for such losses and will not pay directly to customer for such losses. To initiate the insurance claim below things are must to provide to insurance company. At the time of delivery you have to check for any damages or missing items. If any damage or missing items will be there than you have to capture clear photos and videos of damage (Before unloading and after unloading) or missing parts and in the delivery copy of transport receipt you have to mention the damages details clearly before accepting the delivery from transporter. You must have to inform us within 24 Hours from the date of delivery regarding any damages accrued in the transportation, so that we can enable to intimate that to the insurance company. For this processing you must need to give us before unloading video & images and after unloading video & images with delivery receipt of transport in which damages details are mentioned. Please note that after providing all above details it is not always meaned that your claim will be passed, because after verifying all the details it is all responsibility of insurance company to pass or reject the claim.Multipro will only help customer to pass the claim, And customer needs to cooperate with insurance company if they ask for any more documents & proofs. And if customer will intimate us after 24 hours of delivery for claim, than we will not able to process the claim. So we request the customer to cooperate with us. In such cases, Multipro will not bear any loss due to transportation.
In the cases of door delivery provided to customer by Mulipro (Applicable when mentioned “Door Delivery” in proforma invoice only:
As per the customer’s request we are asking transport company to make door delivery as per customers given address before order. In this cases before confirming the order customer have to communicate with respective transport company local office of their area for feasibility of door delivery. In some cases it may happen that at the time of booking transport company takes booking under door delivery and at the time of delivery due to non feasibility or due to unavoidable circumstances they are unable to delivery your goods at door steps. In such cases Multipro is not directly responsible for any kind of such losses. Multipro is also not responsible for any door delivery unloading charges occurs because of third party transportation service.
After receiving balance payment by customer dispatch of product from our facility will take minimum 2-3 working days. If there is any delay in such process due to unavoidable circumstances than customer have to cooperate with us.
Payments
Advance payment realization in our bank only will be considered as order confirmation. Payment receipt sent by customer Or purchase order sent by customer will not be accepted as order confirmation.40 % advance payment (40% of All including product value + packing + Transport + Tax) realization in our bank account is only considered as order confirmation. After order confirmation with advance payment only we will provide you actual delivery date. Delivery date given in proforma invoice before order confirmation with adavance payment are only tentative Or approx date according to the situation of the date of proforma invoice. So delivery date given before order confirmation and after order confirmation may differ and we will not accept any objection by customer in this case. After order confirmation with advance payment, we will start manufacturing.
In such case in which Multipro has agreed with customer to make payment / portion of payment after delivery than if customer will fail to make payment in agreed time period than Multipro will automatically pause or permanently stop all support and after sales service without any prior intimation or notice. In such cases Multipro can also raise debit note of interest occurred on pending amount on timely basis and customer have to pay balance amount with interest occurred.
Once order is confirmed than it can not be cancelled. After making order confirmation with advance payment we are not supposed to cancel order and will not refund any amount in any cases.
Goods once sold will not be taken return in any condition and Multipro will not refund for forcefully returned goods from customer to us.
After your order will be ready with us than our logistic team will intimate customer for balance payment to enable further process to dispatch. We will wait till next 3 days from first intimation for balance payment. If within 3 days if balance payment will not be reflected than we can allocate this order to the next customer without any prior intimation.And when existing customer will make 100% balance payment than we will provide new delivery date according to situation on that day.
In condition of where customer is delaying in balance payment and If machine is customized according to the special requirement of customer, than we are unable to allocate this machine to another customer. In this case we have to store this machine in our warehouse and warehouse charge + Handling charge + interest on balance payment will be liable to pay by customer.
Warranty:
12 Months Limited Warranty from the Date of Invoice against Any Manufacturing Defects ONLY. Wrong Usage, Breakdown of any parts, wear & Tear parts, Mishandling, Damage during transportation and Electronic & Electrical Items Are Not Covered under Warranty from day 1. If machine will made overloaded with material higher than its capacity, than it can damage electrical motors. So customer have to take care of that. Motors damage will not be covered under warranty in such cases.
Under warranty on site installation is not covered (If you not have paid extra charges for installation at the time of order confirmation). Most of Our Machines Are Plug and Play Type and ‘On Site Installation’ Service Is Not Required.Multipro will guide for installation on video call free of cost. In Any Case If You Need on site installation service than, total charges Will Be calculated like this… Total charges = Rs. 3500 Per Day Service Charge (This service charge will be vary time to time) (Days will be counted from Multipro up to returning to Multipro) + To & Fro Air Fare + Accommodation + Local Conveyance + Food To Your Account. (All above charges will be calculated from our factory to return our factory)
In pandemic situation or other natural disaster, we will try our best to send engineer for onsite installation (If required or requested with charges), however if situation becomes worse then we cannot force our engineer to go outside our city due to human rights. In this condition we have to understand mutually. We will assure you to provide phone support any time regarding to installation and any service.
Any legal proceedings will be ONLY subject to Rajkot jurisdiction.
Machine capacity is measured in a controlled environment; in actual condition capacity may vary. Customer can check capacity in their material by them self before confirming the order on our premises. Capacity variation at customer’s premises will not be covered under warranty.
Shipping & service charges per day will Be Paid By Customer In Any Case Of Warranty.
If customer has ordered any customization in the machine rather than purchasing our standard models, than in such case machine capacity, performance , machine life will be differ than stated. Multipro will not be liable for any issues happened with customer due to customization .
Ready compressed air:
Our most of machineries required readily compressed air supply at your premises, you can contact sales person if it is required for your machine or not before order confirmation. If it is required than customer needs to arrange from them.
Multipro Machines Private Limited is not manufacturing air compressor. We generally suggest customers to purchase air compressor by their own from local market. However if customer wants to purchase from us than we will provide them at extra cost by purchasing from third party manufacturer. Air compressor machine will not be covered under warranty of Multipro machines private limited. Multipro machines private limited will coordinate with supplier of air compressor at that time and according to air compressor machine manufacturer terms at that time we will convey information to customer. Multipro machines pvt ltd is not liable for warranty of air compressor machine.
Regarding Terms and conditions for legal proceddings
In case of any type of accident occurs with machine to customer or employees of customer is not responsibility of Multipro. Multipro will not be liable for any of the affect due to this.
Any loss occurred due to machine to customer is also not responsibility of Multipro. Multipro will not bare any kind of expense or loss occurred due to this.
Acceptance and confirming the purchase order from customer by Multipro, will not mean that Multipro is accepting all terms and conditions mentioned in the purchase order. Multipro will ONLY & ONLY accepts product name, specification and quantity from buyers purchase order. Here Multipro is very loudly clears that, we are NOT accepting any terms and condition mentioned in customers purchase order rather than name, specification and quantity.
All terms & conditions of Multipro Machines Private Limited is printed in Proforma invoice (quotation) given to the customers prior to order confirmation. Before placing the order it is customer’s responsibility to read all the terms and conditions carefully. If customer confirms the order with advance payment, than Multipro will consider that customer knows and read all the terms and condition and customer is agreed with that without any objection.
After Sales Service & Installation:
For after sales support we follow some systematic procedures in which we can save time & money of customer and us as below
Step 1 : Customer have to generate service request number from our website’s warranty section by using customer ID / Order ID. (You can find customer Id / Order ID on proforma invoice as well as on Invoice. )
Step 2 : After that our service engineer will call you within 24-48 hours and will try to trouble shoot problem on video call / call. Customer have to cooperate with after sales engineer on call/ video call.
Step 3 : After sales engineer will ask you to do some basic troubleshooting over phone for that you should have some basic electrical / mechanical knowledge. If customer do not have such knowledge than we will suggest customer to coordinate us with company’s technical team or local electrician or local mechanic. So that we can troubleshoot issues with very short time. Arrangement and expense of mechanical person/ electrician will be totally on customer.
Step 4 : After troubleshooting of issue if we find that, after replacing some parts customer’s issue will be solved than we generally suggest customer to take the parts locally or if not available locally than we will courier that parts and after receipt of part at customer site we will again call to customer to guide step by step for how to replace the part. If such parts are not covered under warranty terms than Multipro will ask for advance payment for that part before dispatch. . In this case Multipro will not be liable to pay compensation for your technical team or local electrician or local mechanic.
Step 5: After troubleshooting the problem if we find that issue cannot be resolved from customer end than we will send our after sales engineer at you place.
If product is not under warranty or breaching any warranty terms during warranty period or warranty is void due to any reason than customer have to make advance payment for service. In such cases, If after sales engineer comes for service at customers place then Food, Accommodation, All Transportation including long journey and local journey charges from the Multipro up to returing to Multipro and service charge of Multipro according to days spent counting from Multipro up to returning to Multipro will be paid by customer in advance .
In case of If product is under warranty and not breaching any warranty terms and warranty is not void than customer do not need to pay Multipro service charge from the above mentioned expenses. Food, Accommodation, All Transportation including long journey and local journey charges from the Multipro up to returing to Multipro will be liability of customer to pay in advance.
Multipro will be only decide that is there requirement to send after sales engineer physically on customer site or Multipro can troubleshot issue over call. Because it is responsibility of Multipro that how to handle case so that problem will be solved in minimum time & cost.
In case of chargeable service, if customer is making advance payment to Multipro for service than after payment realization Multipro will schedule the after sales physical visit. For preparing for physical visit (Appointing the person discuss case with them, arranging for transportation) we need some time. At that time customer have to cooperate with us.
Installation is not covered under warranty. So installation is chargeable. But in any case if installation is provided free of cost Or paid, than it will be mentioned in our proforma invoice. Any installation (Free Or Paid) is valid only for 1 day (8 working hours in customer premises). If customer requires technician to stay at customers place more than 1 day (8 working hours in customer premises) than it will be chargeable and payable in advance before ending time of 8 hours.If we have not received payment confirmation in our bank within the time than we will close your service request and our engineer will leave the place.
At the time of installation of machine all necessary requirement MUST be ready. (Like Required Power supply up to machine, Air supply up to machine (If required), Gas supply up to machine (If Required) and machine must be placed on its proper place.
For installation or after sales service, Multipro will raise invoice for advance payment and after receiving advance payment in our account, we will schedule after sales service. During the service if number of days will increase then quoted in the invoice then customer have to pay service charge for extra days in advanced at that time. Buyer should confirm date of service in advance with us so that we can arrange our service engineer accordingly. Our service engineer will provide service on decided date or period and buyer must have arranged all the facilities in advance. If any issues (Like electricity issue, Power supply issue, Power plug issue,Earthing issue, Ready air supply issue, Ready Gas supply issue, Gas pressure issue, Air pressure issue, holiday OR week off issue, Demonstration related material shortage at customer’s end) is there then our technician will not stay at customer’s premises. If you want our technician to stay at your premises then customer have to pay service charge for the next day. If we will not receive payment on the same day (For upcoming day’s service charge) then our technician will leave your premies. All the here mentioned supply should be ready up to the place where the machined is placed. Multipro will not liable to extend power supply, gas supply or air supply found on service day from buyer, so buyer needs to pay extra payment for next day service. If machine is in warranty period or not and its not repairable at customer place than we can request you to send it to our maintenance facility. So for that customer have to bare to & from all transportation & packing charges to do so. If payment is not made according to terms agreed than after sales service will be void and then after customer have to purchase paid service only.
Extra Tools and maintenance items:
Multipro is not providing extra tools and maintenance items unless and until not described in proforma invoice like Grease, Oil, FRL oil, Spanner, Extra nut bolts, Hammer, Wrench, Screw driver and related tolls with machine. Customer have to arrange for that by their own.
Multipro will no be liable in any way in the condition when any type of accident is occurred due to machine in customer’s premises.

Pressing plates in conveyor type roti making machine and Pressing plate, Teflon, Roasting plate in rotary type roti making machine are considered as wear & tear parts and are not covered under warranty. Estimated life of these parts are given by us is measured in controlled environment and it may differ in actual condition.
Bearing & chains in every model are considered as wear & tear parts and are not covered under warranty.
Damage of the pressing plate due to hard particle in dough ball or cleaning the pressing plate with hard material will not be covered under warranty.
It is advisable to service the gas fittings on regular interval of 5-6 months with local gas fitting technician for smoother operation and safety.
To puff roti perfectly high pressure gas connection is required. Low pressure of gas may give improper puffing in the roti.
All models of roti making machine are designed for pure wheat flour. Using of the flour which is not pure wheat flour OR wheat flour mixed with other flour can affect the machine functions and may be machine will not work properly with other flours.
Wheat flour sifting should not be extremely thick or thin to use with roti making machine. Standerd sifting of the flour (like packaged flour available in market: For example wheat flour of Aashirvaad brand OR Fortune brand) is only compatible with the machine.
Dough kneading of the dough ball used in the input of the machine must not be older than 15 -20 minute. Dough ball kneaded older than 15-20 minute will become dry and may not be compatible with machine.
3-5 % of the roti which you input may tear, may not roast proper, may be over-roast. So it will be not considered as the problem or issue in the machine. Because it is the limitation of the machine and can be considered as normal behavior.
If roti will stuck or stick in the pressing plate by the mistake of the operator than customer have to clean pressing plate under the guidance of our after sales team. For that Multipro will not provide physical service as it is very normal behavior and can be resolved easily by customer.
All roti machines are compatible with LPG gas by default. Other than LPG gas is considered as customized order and extra charges will be levied on that. So it is customers responsibility to let us know which type of gas connection they required before placing order, so we can figure out extra charges for that.
In all roti making machine, grease must be applied on chain and gear for east operation.

Output size and weight of the dough ball may differ for every dough ball, it will be not exactly accurate and same every time. It is the limitation of the machine and will not be considered as problem.
We advise customer to keep 2 meter space blank all the side of the machine. So that it will not sense any other object than dough ball. So output will not be disturbed.
Dough ball making (Cutting) machine requires air compressor with it. As Multipro is not manufacturing air compressor, Multipro is always gives option to customer wether to buy air compressor from us or not. If customer is purchasing air compressor from us than air compressor machine will not be coverd under this warranty from day 1.
